This is my 42 inch plasma i purchased about 3 1/2 years ago, it works fine for about 1 hour then the white parts of the screen start to flicker, the longer you leave it on the worse the flicker. in short the picture is not worth watching after one hour as it is very annoying. i believe it happens when the tv heats up so if you let it cool down and turn it back on after 1 or 2 hours it would be ok again for about another hour. it does not have a digital set top box inbuilt but is HD ready as you can see from photo. it will also come with the standard JBL speakers that attaches to the bottom of the TV if the auction reaches $200.00 or more, if not you can hook any speaker to it and it should work. Prefer payment when picked up.
