Please e mail me within 24 hours of receipt of if the item has been damaged in transit: this is the Only reason I will accept returns for patterns.
The initial postage and packing fee will not be refunded as it was used on the dispatchment.
Any items returned should be sent in their original condition and in suitable safe packaging for a safe return. The return postage will not be returned if the item is damaged due to neglect in sending securely.
