I do not know the publisher, it is written in Chinese, the ISBN:-7 5030 0063 5 / J. 2.  In quite good order, no loose pages binding firm, there are illustrations and they are from old style paintings of the wall.  A few pen and ink drawings.  all the text is in Chinese and is not a language that I can read or write. It is hard to define a category, a lot of this is history, but pictorial. Very minor fox marks to back page  and slight pulling away on the lower outside of spine approx 1cm.
