Hovea acutifolia, known as the Pointed Leaf Hovea or Northern Hovea, is a shrub growing to 3 metres producing 1cm purple pea flowers along the stems in late winter and early spring. Spectacular shrub when in bloom.

The leaves are green on top, but golden brown underneath.

Requires ample moisture and mulching and is suitable for under-storey planting or semi-shaded positions.

The plant is native to NSW and Qld.

For sale is a packet of 30 fresh seeds.
