GOODS, are items offered for sale on EBAY by myself and will be described to the best of my ability and as accurate as possible. Most times a extra pictures of the item can be sent to you at your e-mail address as pictures can not be sent through ebays questions page*****

BIDDING, do not bid if you do not wish to purchase the item on offer. If you fail to reply to my E-mails (a 10 day limit after my 1st contact), the sale item will be relisted and POOR  feedback will be left. Bidding is done in the currency of the Ebay site I use. *****

PAYMENT, I TAKE PAYPAL,  payment can also be made by Personal Cheque or Postal Order.  IF OVERSEAS  AND NOT PAYING  BY PAYPAL, You have 20 days to send payment (UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED WITH ME) ie: payment delayed in post, or one or both parties with illness or on vacation.

Payment not received in 10 days of first E-mail from me will result in the item being relisted and POOR feedback being left. *****

POSTAGE OF GOODS. All items will be well packaged and this will be reflected in cost of postage of the said item. All items will be sent AIR MAIL OVERSEAS, unless otherwise advised. FIRST  CLASS post in the U K, unless FREE POSTING IS OFFERED otherwise I will  advise you as to which postal service i will use.. I always obtain a Certificate of Posting for my parcels and letters. If any item goes missing in the postal system, RECORDED DELIVERY  OR OTHER POSTAL SERVICES CAN BE USED A BUYERS OWN EXPENSE.

I CAN NOT BE HELD RESPONSABLE FOR ITEMS LOST IN POST PLEASE CONTACT YOUR OWN POSTAL SERVICE IN THE FIRST INSTANCE. I for my part will do all I can to resolve the matter. Any other method of proof of postage can be obtained if you wish at your expense. *****
