Answer: We welcome all customers to come pick up their items at our warehouse location in Northern California.  Arrange your pickup through our customer service team at info@golfbestbuy.com, or by calling us at the telephone number provided to you in your invoice.  A processing fee equivalent to 50% of the shipping rate for your order will be charged for all orders picked up at our warehouse.

Answer: All items that want to be returned need a return authorization (RA) number.  Please email us to obtain this number, along with instructions for your merchandise return.
