Pregnancy Bell

.925 sterling silver

Historically, the pregnancy bell has been worn by generations of women in South America, and it is my wish to introduce this custom to Australia.

This new pregnancy bell is a hand-made silver (.925) piece of jewellery. It is worn on a necklace and hangs below the navel close to the baby.

Through movement, the baby will be able to listen to the musical tones of the bell. The baby will be soothed by it's gentle ringing and perhaps be able to recognise its distinctive sound after birth.

The bell is a lovely addition to the developing relationship between mother and her baby.

An ideal gift, it can be personalised by having it engraved with the baby's name and date of birth so as to remember this special event.

Please note that a chain is not supplied with the bell.
