Hi, This auction is for a French beautifully painted glass vase. This is very pretty and has a wonderful handpainted picture of a cherub / fairy on a tree branch. This is a wonderfully done painting with perfect little fingers and toes and just very charming.

The vase is painted with the rest of the tree around the back of the vase and is in excellent condition besides wear to the gilt on the base of the vase as shown in the photos. Unfortunately the vase is not signed but most of the time they were not, this has been painted by a very competant artist and any lover of the chic and charming will be besotted by this piece.

The vase probably dates around the 1880s mark and will be an heirloom for generations. It measures approx 9 inches or 23cm high.

 

 

 

Postage is at cost so please email me for a quote, this will need to be sent in a large box due to its fragility.

PLEASE NOTE - that this will NOT be relisted and I do not reduce my price after the auction and will no longer respond to emails asking me too.
