T7373 buyers get navigation pack for free only difference between 7373 and 7381 is, T7373 does not work on tel$tra Next "G" network. Grey Next "G" sim will work but only connect to tel$tra GSM an expensive way to use GSM. If you think you will not use Next "G" with this PDA T7373 is the way to GO!
For Extra $70 if you want T7381, as OEM you get a 4 gb sd micro card and convertor with Garmin 2008 installed with 2009 australian maps, Is easy to use with voice prompt. This software and maps costs over $500 as a grey import as Garmin does not sell this SW in Australia. There are free updates available on line for Australia or worldwide.
With $70 navigation pack you also get original OEM DVD both gavmin and , OZiexplorer shareware version for PDA and desktop version plus very detailed 3.5 gd of UBD maps on DVD. DVD provided for backup includes micro sd contents. Utilites and games for pro 2 your choice to use or not. . PDA OZIexplorer full version is $40 upgrade if wanted, for most people shareware is adequate. About 3.5 gb of DVD is very detailed Australian maps not just road. Extremely detailed maps if required for individual, topographical, marine, aerial et. or property can be sourced from oziexplorer. This is the advantage of oziexplorer, it can use free / cheap federal, state or local government maps, oz sat, land sat . Oziexplorer was developed by Australians for Australian maps, satellites, laws, states, systems and conventions

But the paypal system is set for USA and this translates to a belt and braces result in Australia, Bascially double insurance, with express platinum insured mail ,so to be fair to buyers who pay by direct deposit ect. and are happy with standard mail, standard registered and / or insurance, these are the costs

Couriers are dearer again. Pickup of course is free and cash only balance paid at pick up is fine, however a three hundred dollar deposit is required within 5 days of Auction end to secure item covering ebay fees et. And Balance within 14 days.
Also these are a great VOIP unit, skype is common The program is a free download but any VOIP service can be used my work phone bill has gone from over $300 a month to $30 a month and home from $100 a month to again $30 just by using VOIP. VOIP will do to mobile phones what it is doing to fixed phones lines charges. Calls are costing cents for hours to anywhere, any time of the day, to any phone in the world. This PDA is one of the few mobiles that can use VOIP NOW and start saving NOW. Expensive communications is ending with devices like these. You will not see Telstra or Optus or even Virgin Mobile telling you how to save using VOIP, they all still want the $100?s of dollars a month customers. If you have access to any mid speed to fast broadband you are a chump, if you still have high phone bills.
This PDA for 95% of Australia's population can be your broadband, for ONLY $30 a month with 300 Mb allowance and $20 worth of calls per month on Virgin, for back up. NOTE PAYPAL PAYMENT POST Conditions
A quick word about Paypal ,Ebay owns Paypal, paypal profits become ebay profits. ebay pays taxes in Switzerland and USA it does not pay even Oz GST. Ebay makes a profit from Australia should it pay OZ taxes like other Australian companies? Is paypal a pal for Australians?
Paypal is NOT adjusted for Australian post nor for our banking system. So apart from 3% paypal fee, online trackable insured transport is required this is available but at a large cost. Also Paypal does not verify Australian buyers bank or credit cards to ebay postal address so seller never knows if posting to account "debited " holders address. This makes it easy to "PAY " with paypal for items with stolen details. This translates to about 3% extra fraud that paypal use costs, ie now $60 in $1000. Plus paypal funds always takes from 5 to 61 days to leave paypal account as verified funds. So while PP ADVERTISES "BUYER" insurance it also requires transit insurance so buyer ends up paying for two lots of insurance.
That $60 per $1000 PLUS time cost of money PLUS double insurance PLUS online trackable transport is where difference in post costs are.
