• PICK UP: We charge $15 handling fee for pickup. You need go through our checkout system firstly. Otherwise, our customer service could not authorize our warehouse release this item and your order would be delayed. This is 3rd party warehouse and could not handle any payment issue. You must pay us firstly by Paypal firstly. And then, our customer service will email you invoice and pickup detail information. Warehouse need customers' 24 hours phone notice in advance for pickups. Please do not go to our warehouse to pick the item up without our emails about pickup details.

• We will send out your item(s) in 36 hours expect weekend and holiday after your payment is cleared. All orders will go through our accounting, customer service, and warehouse departments. We could not handle any rush orders.

• All items are inspected for damage or defects prior to leaving our warehouse. Contact us immediately if shipping damage is discovered.

• Any substantial shipping damage to the packaging must be reported to the courier at the time of delivery. Damage or loss of goods during transit will result in an insurance claim being made against the courier company.

• If the product is damaged from shipping or manufacturing, we have the option of either sending you a replacement part or have you return the merchandise for repair or replacement.

• Do NOT throw away boxes or packing materials, otherwise your claim will not be honored by the shipping company.

• We can not held responsible for any damage or loss in transit and could not take liability for shipping delay.

We accept payment transactions via the Kyozou checkout only (eBay checkout will switch to Kyozou checkout )!

Kyozou.com will not collect any passwords or credit card information from you!  Our check out process is designed that it communicates with the merchant to confirm that payments has been made and cleared.  All items must be paid for with in 7 days from the close of the auction.

• Please add the shipping fee in your final payment according to above shipping fee calculator.

• Customer telephone number is mandatory in case shipping damages happen or lost your shipping address and item.

• Must check out in our kyozou system firstly. Otherwise, you order would be delayed or canceled.

• Insufficient payment will make your order delay or cancel.

• We participate in the eBay Non-Paying Bidder program. Do not bid if you are not going to pay for your items and do not agree these terms.

• All auction items are guaranteed brand new.

• We accept return only for manufacturing defect within 15 days after end of bid date. After this 20-day-time window, we would not give refund for any reason.

• For any manufacturing defect, we have the option of either sending you a replacement part or have you return the merchandise for repair or replacement.

• Refunds are for the bid amount only. Postage and handling fee is not refundable (Unless error occurred at our end).

• Buyer will pay the return postage.

• Return must be received in new condition with original packaging. Return item must be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.

We will response any question in 24 hours (unless it is weekend and Holiday). We will do our best to resolve your issue.  

• We attempt to please each customer and look forward to receiving the same from our customers. After the transaction is complete and you post appropriate feedback for us, within a couple days we will post a feedback in return.

• Negative feedback could not solve any problem. Before resorting to negative or neutral feedback, please email our customer service this issue. Otherwise, we assume negative feedback as a conclusion of our transaction and release all obligations.
