The AB exerciser is a great fitness machine to help you to lose those extra few kilos or love handles you just cant get rid off. It only weighs about 10 kilos so its easy to move around and easy to move in front of the TV so you can watch your favourite shows while actually doing your body some good.  If you are like me and keep getting nagged for sitting in front of the TV and doing nothing, well now you have an excuse and if you keep it up you will actually do your body some good.You will tone up your upper body and start feeling and looking better.
