The majority of the equipment we sell comes from a working environment.  All items are listed in an “As Is” condition unless noted otherwise.  There is no return or warranty on these items.  Please bid accordingly.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or unverified Paypal addresses and reserve the right not to sell to eBay buyers with excessive negative feedback.

Product condition definitions and terms

• “30 day Warranty” – Item guaranteed to be operational for 30 days from receipt.  Should the item fail to be operational, it may be sent back at the expense of the buyer to be tested by our staff.  Refund issued at our discretion based on those tests.  Shipping costs cannot be refunded. 

Payment

• Payment must be made within 5 days of auction close.  We reserve the right to cancel the transaction and give negative feedback after 5 days.
• Buyers in California please add 8.75% sales tax to all purchases.  If you are a reseller and want to request a resellers' tax exemption, please fax us a copy of your form.   We'll send you a new invoice with the sales tax removed.

We accept:

• Payment upon pickup.  No personal checks.

Shipment

• Item usually ships within 1-2 days of TalentedTek receiving payment.
• We ship via Fedex primarily.  If you wish us to ship with another carrier, please contact us before making payment so that we can get you a shipping quote based on your choice.   We are happy to ship your item through your account with FedEx or UPS, however a packing and handling fee will still apply.
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O.
• International buyers, please contact us before bidding so that we can get you an accurate shipping quote.   Be sure to include your country, city and postal code.
• International buyers should also be aware that many of our items may require special licences and allowances to be shipped overseas.  We make every effort to identify and mention these special cases in their descriptions, but the buyer is ultimately responsible for determining this.
