are most welcome to come and try any of our products out and get
expert support from our highly qualified sales staff.
All freight will be sent via insured courier with up to $1500 worth of
insurance per carton. Please have someone at home to sign, or alternatively
have it sent to a business address. We will not send to a PO Box, or overseas
unless prior arrangements have been agreed to.

DO NOT SIGN FOR AN ITEM IF IT IS APPARENTLY DAMAGED. To sign for a package means "Signed for in good order" and is there for, is not the couriers responsibility. If it appears to have been damaged it in freight, do not sign unless you have physically checked the carton and product to see if it is only box damage. If the item is damaged, do not sign and contact us immediately to arrange a replacement. If signed for when damaged, the customer looses all rights to insurance as it was "signed for in good order".
