PAYMENT

Payment is to be made within 3 days of auction ending by PAYPAL.  Delivery may be possible to some Gold Coast suburbs – please contact us to discuss.  Non-paying bidders are not tolerated, and will be reported to Ebay after 7 days, unless prior arrangements have been made.

POSTAGE

We post within 3 days of receiving your cleared payment and will email you to advise. It takes Australia Post anywhere from 1-6 business days to deliver, depending on your preferred postal method.  Our preferred postage method for products over $50 is registered post, to ensure delivery to you is guaranteed and traceable.  Please note we cannot be held liable for damage by Australia Post

Please contact us prior to check out if you wish to combine postage with other items we are selling.  Combined postage will depend on the size and weight of the articles.  For example, if it all fits in one prepaid 3kg satchel where no additional packaging is required, we are happy to charge the one fee.  Articles requiring special care when packaging will include an additional $1-5 charge in the quoted price, to cover the cost of bubble wrap etc.

We describe the items as accurately as possible. If you think we have made a mistake describing your item, please contact us immediately prior to leaving any negative feedback. We will do our best to resolve any problems. 

RETURNS

Return of this product will only be accepted if it is not as we have described, with the cost of return postage being paid for by the buyer.  Changing your mind is not an acceptable reason.  Please ask as many questions as you want prior to the close of bidding.
