Payment Instructions

Winning bidder MUST make contact within 3 days from the auction end.

Payment must be received within 7 days from the auction end.

Please note that if you are having difficulties making payment, please contact myself immediately as I am a very reasonable person, and understand the costs of living in today's society and am happy to negotiate a longer period for payment to be made.

Should payment not be received or contact made, NON payment bidder procedures will be started with ebay.

Payment Methods Accepted

I prefer Direct Deposit into my bank account but will also accept Money Order or Bank Cheque. Personal cheques are not accepted unless prior arranged.

Please include your Ebay user name/item reference No. when direct depositing into my account so I can easily identify your payment, to avoid delays.

Postage

I will post to Australia only. I WILL combine postage, so please let me know immediately if you wish to bid on other items, so I may delay sending an invoice till you have completed your shopping.  A combined invoice will then be sent when shopping is completed.

I will NOT BE held responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. Registered/express post is available at an extra cost of $2.70 payable by buyer. I always try to charge the closest possible amount to the actual postage fee charged upon lodging the item with Australia Post, however if postage amount is less than advertised the excess will not be refunded. Please be happy with the postage amount listed prior to bidding.

Items may also be packaged in recycled material or prepaid satchels may be used.

Items are posted within 24 hours of receipt of payment, on of course working days. Please take into consideration that although you may have made payment, it can take up to 3 days to show in my account.

Feedback

Feedback is a vital part of Ebay. I will leave feedback for you without a doubt, upon you being so kind, in taking the time  to leave feedback for me. I would appreciate it if you would take the time to do so, once you have received your item(s).

If for any reason, you are not satisfied, please contact me first to enable the situation to be rectified. Please note that NO returns for change of mind, item not fitting etc. It is the buyers responsibility to check all measurements of items of clothing prior to bidding. I try my best to describe items as accurately as possible, however if I have in accurately described an item in error I will fully refund upon receipt of the item, including return postage fee.
