*First Class Mail to the continental U.S. is limited to 13oz. Should your package exceed this weight, you will be charged Priority Mail Service.

**First Class Mail International is limited to 4lbs. All international buyers have the option of insurance. While the U.S. Postal Service does not offer insurance for this service, I do, at a similarly competitive rate. I advise that you purchase it. Furthermore, USPS does not offer tracking numbers for First Class Mail International.

A DELIVERY CONFIRMATION number is issued for ALL shipments within the U.S.. This is NOT a tracking number.

DELIVERY TIMES:

• Continental U.S. usually takes 2-4 days for Priority Mail, 5-9 days Parcel Post, and 2-7 days for First Class Mail.
• International delivery times vary. I have experienced fast delivery times to Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, usually one week for First Class Mail. Most East and West European countries are one to two weeks for First Class Mail. South America and Italy is usually VERY SLOW, from 4 to 6 weeks.

INSURANCE, CLAIMS, and RETURNS:

All sales are final. However if you have received your product defective, or incorrect, I will exchange it at no cost to you.  I will send you the shipping funds via Paypal so you can send it back via First Class Mail or Priority Mail. I will reship the correct item once the original has been received. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE REPORTED BY EMAIL ME WITHIN 3 (THREE) DAYS OF RECEIPT!

International shipments have the option of INSURANCE. If you purchase it, and you don't receive your package, I will either refund your money, or resend the item if available. HOWEVER, you must wait for normal delivery times before you claim insurance. Please read international delivery times in the above section.

IF YOU DO NOT PURCHASE INSURANCE, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE REFUND NOR A NEW SHIPMENT.

PAYMENT METHODS:

All payments are expected within 5 days of auction end or store purchases. If you need more time to pay, please contact me by email. Otherwise a claim dispute will be filed and an unpaid item strike will be issued by Ebay.

U.S. Customers can pay with PayPal. For other options, please email me.

International buyers must pay with PayPal only.

In any of the above cases, shipments will be packaged and shipped only after payment has been cleared.
