This padded camera strap come with 2 layer, the outer layer is Diving Suit Material (neoprene) and the inner layer is High Density Rubber.

OUTER LAYER - the Diving Suit Material (neoprene) come with most of features like water proof, soft and elastic etc.

INNER LAYER - the High Density Rubber come with most of features like impact absorbability, slip proof, soft and elastic etc.
