Who are we?

We are a business that has been trading since 1997 that supplies Schools, Kindys, Playgroups and Daycares throughout Australia with Art & Craft materials and Teaching Aids.

As we like to turnover our stock every 6 – 8 weeks and use eBay to clear out all excess stock, deleted and clearance lines. If you would like to know more about us please send a message with your email address and we will forward more info to you.

Postage and Shipping

Items will be shipped within 48 hours of payment clearing.  Yes, I DO combine shipping for items purchased within 5 days of each other.  Just email me and let me know that you are still bidding and when you are finished shopping, I will give you a combined total. The total for postage is given to you at cost (I DO NOT ADD HANDLING CHARGES), the charges given are for postage and sometimes packing materials eg. Bubble wrap, padded envelopes.

I always take care when packaging your items but unfortunately, I can’t take responsibility for damage caused by Australia Post or if something is lost in the mail. For Australian customers, I recommend using registered post - this will cost a little more but items are insured up to $100.  For larger items sent to street addresses I sometimes use Fastway Couriers at this can be much cheaper and includes insurance.
If you need an order quickly Express Post can be arranged but this will cost a little more and must be requested before checkout.

International Shipping – We can only send some of our listings overseas so please email me before bidding for international shipping rates.

Payment

Buyer is to make contact within 3 days and payment within 5 days unless alternative arrangements have been made with me.

I accept Paypal and direct deposit into my bank account. If you wish to pay via Money Order please contact me.

Returns

All sales are final unless item not as described.  Returns can only be made within 7 business days of receipt and must be returned to me in the same condition that you received it (that is, unused). We don’t refund postage.

Feedback

Unlike other eBay sellers I leave feedback for you once your item is ready to be posted and your payment has cleared.  If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please contact me before leaving negative feedback and I will do my best to resolve any problem you may have with my products – just give me a chance.
