This is a painted shelfsitter.  It is Mrs Gingerbread wearing a 'Country red" frock with a red bow on her head and she has a " buttermilk " coloured pinny.  She has a swag with two gingerbread and a heart tied between her hands.  Mrs Gingerbread did not scan very well and she is much nicer than her picture.
