Some of the faults that are reported with these products include but are not limited to: chips, missing corners, cracks, air holes/ bubbles, colour and thickness variations. Printed brochures may differ from actual product colour delivered. It is recommended that when purchasing factory second product you order 5% - 10% extra to allow for cuts, breakages and wastage.

Freight/Delivery

All deliveries are made to the nature strip only. Specific delivery instructions can be made by the customer, in which event the transport company will make every effort to accommodate these. If the driver determines that he can not safely off load the goods due to obstacles and/or safety issues relating to the site, the driver shall place the goods in a safe position. If this position does not suit the customer, the goods will be returned to the point of dispatch at the customer’s cost. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a suitable and safe vehicular and off loading access. You do not need to be home for delivery of this product.

Goods will be delivered by a semi trailer with a Hiab crane. We do also deliver to Central Coast, South Coast, Blue Mountains and Wollongong , buyers will need to enquire on additional freight costs for this service. Lead time on deliveries are 3-5 Business days on payment of order (not the day you order or the following day)

We are unable to deliver to country or interstate addresses at this point in time.

If buyers are from these areas, you are welcome to buy but you will need to arrange your own freight and product is to be picked up within 7 days of purchase.
