Payment Terms

• Payment should be received within ten calendar days of the sale date.
• If you are waiting for other auctions to end to take advantage of combined shipping, simply let me know and please do not proceed through checkout until you are through with all of your shopping.
• Unless alternative arrangements have been made, an unpaid item dispute will be opened on the 11th day after the sale. Payment can still be submitted and as long as payment clears and item is shipped within 8-day dispute window, the dispute will be closed favorably.

Shipping Terms

• All domestic packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and all international packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International.
• I charge actual shipping based on package weight – exactly what the USPS charges me to ship your package with no additional handling fee or mark-up.
• All items are shipped with 24-36 hours of when payment clears my account unless otherwise specified.
• I will gladly combine shipping on multiple purchases.
• Packages are shipped daily Monday through Saturday excluding USPS federal holidays.

International Buyers

• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
• Declared value is the final selling price and does not include S&H. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as ‘gifts’ - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

Return Policy

• In order for you to make the best purchasing decision, we provide all the information you need in the listing; therefore, we have a No Return policy and do not accept refunds or exchanges. 
• Measurements & adjustment information are provided to insure a perfect fit. If you have any questions about the measurements provided, please do not hesitate to ask me prior to making a purchase.
• Upon receipt of your item, if you feel as though there has been an error or misrepresentation in the listing, please contact me immediately and before leaving feedback so that we can work together toward an agreeable solution. 
• Upon mutual agreement of an error or misrepresentation, please return the item to me within 3 Business days for a full refund. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received (i.e., no alterations, wear or laundering, smoke smells or pet hair.) or will only be eligible for a partial refund of 50%.
• Other options are to take your item to a local consignment store, re-sell it yourself on eBay, give it as a gift or give it away (i.e. Goodwill - for a tax deduction)

Item Condition

• Photos are of actual items in my possession and stock photos are never used. In cases where we have more than one of the same items, the same photo(s) may be used in subsequent listings but descriptions & measurements are always specific to the actual item being sold.
• Every item comes to you directly from Mitzi's Fashion Boutique: a clean, smoke-free & pet-free environment. 
• Since all of my items are overstock, customer returns in resale condition, or vendor samples, they may have been exposed to these elements previously. I recommend that you launder all new garments. Items are folded & stored in individual plastic bags and may be wrinkled upon receipt.
