Warranty and Returns
All Items sold come with an initial 30 days warranty on parts and labor return to base.
The warranty starts 7 days after the sale. This allows 5 days for payment and 2 days postage. We cannot be held responsible for banking or postage delays. It is in the buyer’s interest to pay promptly.

If you find a fault with the operation of the refurbished unit and you notify us within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the faulty product with an equivalent or better product. You will have to ship it back at your cost.
C.O.D will not be accepted.
It is essential that buyers back up there data before returning there laptops.
If you require this to be done, there will be a service fee charged.
This replacement product will include the balance of the original product warranty.
Warranty covers all hardware aspects of the machine sold.
Returned items found not faulty will incur a $50 setup/testing fee plus postage.

Batteries and screens or software are not covered under the extended warranty.
Notebook batteries are sold as is and not covered by any warranties. For all batteries the rule is that they will start to perform less with age, just like your mobile phone battery.
