Superb and very rare, Patch of 7th Ranger Group, Elite Tiger Force Rangers. The 7th Ranger was based in the areas from Saigon to the Mekong delta and continued to fight even after the fall of Saigon eventually surrednering on the 3rd of May 1975, 3 days after the official end of the war.
