Patio Screen Enclosure with insulated Dado walls and Patio Roof

Everything is in good condition; fly screen might need a few repairs (probably minor) after the enclosure is dissassembled.

Approximately 5 years old.

Cream coloured insulated dado walls are about 400 cm long on garden side and 372 cm on fence side. Height of panels is about 80 cm.

Cream coloured colourbond roof is about 230 cm high and has a couple of hole cut in at ends to accommodate pipes going down the wall. 

The enclosure will be dismantled by our builder when construction of our new enclosed room begins.

Inspections are welcome and encouraged - pretty well anytime with a few days notice. Any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Deposit of half the final auction price to be paid no later than 5 days after auction ends. Remaining amount to be paid on collection of material.

Sale is subject to us receiving the construction certificate for our new room (we already have development consent) which is expected anyday.
