Rare PRS Dark Brazilian

Limited Numbered (120/250)

Brazilian Rosewood w Bird (Eagle) inlay

Rare Collectible Paul Reed Smith (PRS) special limited edition (#120 out of 250) single cut Brazilian, 10 top birds with PRS 'Flametop' finish in like new condition! Hundreds of famous professionals demand, prefer and cherish the unique PRS guitar sound. The PRS craftsmanship is the result of design for the professional. This particular instrument is rare as one of few available with the Brazilian rosewood single cut fret board and one of only two hundred and fifty (or less) planned for production. The guitar's carved mahogany body gives the instrument a sound that's unmatched. The wide fat neck carve, 25" scale length, 22-fret neck, and PRS stop tail plays professionally with ease and comfort. The treble and bass pickups, volume and push/pull tone control with 3-way toggle pickup selector insure that the musician has controls to match the demands of any musical style. True rosewoods

All genuine rosewoods belong to the genus Dalbergia. The pre-eminent rosewood appreciated in the western world is the wood of Dalbergia nigra which is now a CITES-listed endangered species. It is best known as Brazilian Rosewood, but also as "Rio Rosewood" or "Bahia Rosewood." This wood has a strong sweet smell, which persists over the years, explaining the name "rosewood".
