Up for grabs is this "as new" Peavey 5150 Mk2 all valve guitar amp head. It's the tone that made history. 120 Watts of pile-driving power voiced to Edward Van Halen's specifications and identical to the amps he uses when touring and recording.

Chances are you already know this, but these amps have been used by all the great Metal / Hardcore bands over the years... it`s almost compulsory to have this amp if you play in a metal / metal core band!!! ...Bands such as Machine Head, Trivium, In Flames, Lamb Of God, Slipknot... even Knickleback have used / still use these amps!!!!

120 Watts RMS at 16, 8 or 4 Ohms
Six 12AX7 preamp and four 6L6 power amp tubes
Footswitchable lead/rhythm channel select and effects loop
3-band EQ, resonance and presence controls on each channel
Rhythm channel: pre/post gain controls
Bright/crunch switches
Lead channel: pre/post gain controls
Preamp output

Previous owner only used amp at home and rehearsals. It has a couple of marks on the metal corners, as shown in pics. It really is in almost perfect condition.
