Payment is to be made by direct deposit (over the counter or Internet), paypal, money order or bank cheque only. Payment is to be made within 5 days unless agreed to by us prior to bidding.

We ship all items via Australia Post. Item(s) are dispatched from our warehouse the same day payment is verified.

We strongly recommend express post or registered mail be used as we accept no responsibility once the item has been posted (We can not control what happens to the item once we have posted it).

We are a small family run registered business.
The Australian government requires us by law to charge 10% GST on all purchases. The GST is inclusive in the final auction price for all customers.
Please note that we operate from our company warehouse. Business hours are 9am-5pm. Please keep this in mind when emailing after hours, however, most days we answer emails from home.
We pride ourselves on our products, service & feedback. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our transaction, please contact us prior to leaving a negative or neutral feedback.
Any issue can be resolved with communication.
Due to the volume of sales, feedback is automatically left once received. Negative feedback will be left for non paying bidders.
