These are a brand new item made by pepito, with tags still attached and a RRP of $15.These are 100% cotton and labelled to fit an 18mth old child.These are a pair of pants with a skirt over the top which is attached.Pants are a light blue colour and skirt is the same blue,browns and green with a beach hawaiian look, floral with instruments also. Elastic waist.Very well made and in excellent condition..
