14 days after the buyer receives it | Refunds will be issued only when the item varies to the description (which also comprises of photographs) provided by the seller. If this is found to be the case, then the item must be returned to the seller (in the same condition in which it arrived to the buyer) prior to the refund being issued via the payment method initially used by the buyer. If seller is at fault then return post will also be refunded.
Every effort will be made to pack the item responsibly and carefully (please see feedback for excellent packing references).Loss or breakage due to Australia Post will only be covered if the item is sent via registered post (or other tracked or insured method), in which case the buyer must present at their local post office and follow Aust. Post policy to obtain refund (details will be provided by seller). |
