Available Options:

Bikinis - are available in black sizes 8 – 20.  As us ladies aren’t always “standard sizes” we are happy to offer different sized tops and bottoms, so you can mix and match your sizes.  Other colours and sizes can be supplied, please contact us with any specific requirements prior to purchase.

T-shirts – our standard buy it now option is a black t-shirt with a crew neck (round neck) neckline.  We can however offer other colours, and neckline options (V Neck and strappy) often at no extra cost. 

Slouch Pants / Dressing Gowns / Nightware / Dressing Gowns / Hoodies / Underwear – are offered in various colours (Black as standard), and in sizes 8 – 22.  Should you wish to purchase a personalised diamante product that is not listed, please feel free to email us and we will quote for your item and create a specific ebay buy it now listing tailored to your individual request.

Sashes – are offered in black or hot pink, other colours can be supplied on request.

Towels – our standard listing is for a Bath Sheet size towel, we can however create listings for bath towels and hand towels at a reduced cost.  These towels are excellent quality and are available in hot pink, aqua blue, black, burgundy red, white and cream.

Plus sizes - Larger sizes and plus size options are available on request for a small additional charge.  Please email us for details and specific listings.

Diamantes – We offer various diamante colours, and do not charge  extra for coloured diamantes.  Our standard diamantes are clear, but we are happy to produce your item with any of the following colours, Hot Pink, Black, Red,  Aqua Blue, Emerald Green, Gold, Orange and Citrine Yellow.  Your item will be produced in clear diamantes unless otherwise stated.

Fonts - we offer various fonts, our standard font is ”Lucinda” this is lovely clear script type font which re-creates well on all of our personalised diamante products. We can however use any font type you would like and can email a word document containing samples of various font types we can re-create on request. Please note we can also re-create logos and designs should you wish to email us with a sample.

Caring for your personalised diamante item – our items can washed and worn/used many times over with the right care.  For the best results please wash on a 40 degree woollens wash and iron your item inside out.  Please note that the heat of tumble drying items can often remove some of the diamantes from your garment so it is not recommended.

Dispatch Times – our standard dispatch  is within 10 working days of receiving cleared payment via paypal or personal cheque.    We do understand that often there is a need for a more urgent dispatch, we can sometime accommodate a dispatch within 48 hours, please use the “contact the seller” button or email us directly to check if this option is available for your particular order.  This option is available at no extra cost but will need to be agreed prior to purchase.

Refunds – should you item arrive with and be faulty, incorrectly spelt or not as described are per the listing we are happy to offer a replacement product or full unequivocal refund.  We pride ourselves on providing a first class personalised diamante item coupled with first class service and are happy to provide a full refund option.  Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of your item.

Postage – all of items whether they are part of the “free shipping” promotion or not are sent via royal mail second class delivery, average delivery times for this service are 3 – 5 business days, please bear this in mind when placing your order. 

–        Proof of postage & refunds - we use the royal mail online postage service which does provide us with a proof of postage certificate, this can be emailed on to you upon request.  Please note that unless you choose to upgrade to a “proof of delivery” purchase option such as Recorded/Signed For or Special Delivery, we cannot provide a refund for non delivered items.  It is unfortunate that we have had to take this decision, however, we have found ourselves being targeted by fraudulent buyers over recent months. 

–        International Delivery - International orders are accepted and are subject to advertised international delivery charges.

–        Other delivery options - we do offer Signed For Delivery at an additional cost of £1.99 per order or Special Delivery (guaranteed next day before 12noon) for an additional £4.99 per order.  Should you wish to take up one of these delivery options please purchase your item and “Request an Invoice” and we will alter your invoice accordingly.

–        Postage Strikes - There are also a number of national postage strikes taking place at the moment so please also bear these in mind when orders.

A BIT ABOUT ME/US

Having been a hen, a bestman (well best person!), a chief bridesmaid and witness  myself over the last 5 years – I understand the importance of having a wonderful occasion.

When I got married I couldn’t find anyone who’d custom make my individual hen t-shirt design at a SENSIBLE price – so I did it myself!  I did it in style – the t-shirts and accessories I produced certainly made my hens and I stand out in the crowd!!! 

Having designed and created my own t-shirts, I was asked my as part of my “chief bridesmaid duties” for my best friend, to create some for her hen weekend.  As word got around, and people saw the quality of the t-shirts, more and more friends, colleagues and distance acquaintances………  asked me to get involved with the design and production of  their special occasion t-shirts. 

I’ve produced diamante items hen weekends, stag weekends, 30^th birthday celebrations, divorce parties, concert nights, PJ’s for girls nights in, fancy dress parties, dance competitions, the list has been endless. 

So I thought why not add this to my portfolio and start producing fantastic goods for others, so along with a few like minded people (my staff) – here we are on ebay ….. at your service.
