Baby rompers available in the following sizes:

·        00 (3-6 months), height 68 cm, weight 8kg

·        0 (6-9 months), height 76 cm, weight 10kg

The print is a transfer that will be heat sealed onto the items. To maintain print we suggest a cool machine wash for the first wash inside out, and normal washes thereafter.

3 Easy Steps

Step 1:

Provide personalised details and if you would like an image or photograph.

Step 2:

Email me your personalised details, any trim options and romper size.  If you have a preferred image or photograph, please email that also. 

Step 3:

I will email you artwork for approval prior to production. Once payment has been received, you will receive a proof within 48 hours via email for approval before heat transferring. Please note, until approval for artwork is received product will not be printed.  This may delay delivery. After approval received no refunds will be given.

Terms and conditions

Once your items have been purchased, please email me with your details so I can personalise your baby items. Details to be included are:  Baby’s name, text colour preference and if you would also like image included.  If you would like any other information on the items please include these details eg birth date.

Please also provide a current email address, as I will email you a proof of your bib within 48 hours of receiving your payment and details.  Once approval is received I will print and post your items to you.

Payments

• Contact is to be made within three days of the close of the auction;
• Payment to be made within five days of the close of the auction unless other arrangements have been made with me;
• Winning bidders MUST include their ebayer user name when making payment. Failure to do so will result in delays as I won't know who the payment belongs to until all my auctions end;
• Please note that electronic transfers can take up to four days to appear in my account;
• Non-paying auction winners will be reported to ebay and the appropriate feedback left;
• The product you have won will not be produced until payment is received. This can delay the delivery time of your product.

Shipping/Postage

• Your parcel will be posted within 48 hours of receiving your artwork approval;
• Please note I cannot be held responsible for parcels once they have been posted and are in the care of Australia Post;
• I'm happy to combine postage for multiple auction or shop items;
• All parcels are posted from Brisbane, please remember that if you need any of my items for a special occasion :) Express Post is available.
• Please refer to the Australia Post website for estimated delivery times from Brisbane.

Refunds/Returns

• There are no returns, once you have provided approval of artwork, transferring will happen and no returns will be given.
• Refunds are available if you are unhappy with the proof and decide that it is not what you are after.  Again note, as soon as artwork is approved there is no refund available.
• Please contact me prior to leaving feedback if you are unhappy with your purchase.
