This is the 2004 printing from CRW Publishing. 155mm x 105mm. 312pp. There are illustrations scattered through the text by Hugh Thomson.

These Collector's Library classics are bound in claret-coloured cloth with a marker-ribbon of the same colour sewn in. The edges are gilt. The Collector's Library colophon, a sailboat, is blind-stamped into the front board. They come in laminated dust jackets striped in a variety of colours.
