 I will allow Direct Bank Deposit and Australia Post  Money Orders if you do not have a paypal account or are having problems paying through paypal.

Orders out side of Australia must be paid by Paypal only.

Buyer’s payment must match invoice total.

“Rounding off, partial payment, assuming worth, compensating for other fees & charges, deals, bartering, over paying total amount stated, tipping will not be accepted. Payments must match invoicing. All monies will be refunded back to the buyer or held on too  by winuova until all outstanding payments are made. Winuova reserves the right to deny any buyers, the privilege of payment via direct bank deposit and money order should the buyer betray any trusts and only accept Paypal transactions.

Items will be generally posted within 3 to 4 days of payment being received. In the case of payment by cheque, postage will occur after cheque has cleared. Every effort will be made to pack items securely and safely.

Combined postage is encouraged to lessen postage.

Only $2.50 postage per item after the 1^st one.

Payment for all items must be made within 7 days of wining an online auction or use the Buy it Now feature.

Buyers automatically enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from the seller if they win an online auction or use the Buy It Now feature. eBay's Unpaid Item policy requires buyers to pay the seller for the items that they commit to purchase.

If the buyer has not fully completed the contract within 7days, winuova will open an “unpaid item case” in the Resolution Centre. This also includes Buyers who have paid within 7days via Direct bank Deposit or sent a money order that can not be matched to any “awaiting payment”orders.  

Sending an email informing us you will be sending a payment or depositing money into our account is not classed as paid. Sufficient information of identifying the buyers payment transactions must match their order (username or item no.)  

If winuova does not get resolution from their unpaid item case within 7 days of opening an unpaid paid item case, winuova will proceed to finalise the case when we are notified for a Final Value Fee credit. This may result in an unpaid item strike on the buyer's account.

After Final Credit the item will be relisted for sale. The Buyer & Seller contract is no longer binding. No guarantee will be given that the item is the same price as first invoice. A increase or decrease in item price may occur, buyer will need to re-order and obtain a new invoice. All payments must be made to the current invoice. Item will not be price matched to any previous invoices.

NO HOME PICKUP OF GOODS UNLESS STATED IN ITEM DESCRIPTION.

Every effort will be made to describe items correctly & accurately. There will never be any attempt to deceive buyers.
