There are soups, appetizers, recipes using herbs, pastry wraps, smoked trout and of course, original sauces and stuffings.
The book is also brimming with trout stories, facts and figures, as well as Peter's own colourful cartoons to tickle the gills of the trout fancier.

This book is in a good clean condition, with slight wear to cover edges. The only writing detected is an inscription on the inside on the first page. Thanks for looking at this item.
