A must for any collector of the Phantom.!!!!! This booklet was produced in Australia in 1990, for distribution to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders. It dealt with electoral information, and the Phantom plays a major role in this  Story. A mediator and motivator in the native community. An Australian publication hard to get these days. Mint condition
