Unique brewing system: The revolutionary SENSEO coffee-making method draws the very best out of the special Moccona coffee pods. Thanks to the light natural pressure in the pod holder, the water passes quickly, evenly and in a controlled manner through the coffee pod, so no over-extraction can take place.

Crema layer: A rich layer of foam tops up every cup of SENSEO coffee. This crema layer is formed by the natural mild pressure that occurs during the coffee-making process. The layer seals in the aroma, so you enjoy the pure, round taste of fresh coffee from the first sip to the very last.

Detachable water reservoir: The water reservoir is detachable, making it easy to fill under the tap. A full water reservoir holds 750 ml, enough for 5 cups of coffee.

Different coffee varieties: Specially developed for SENSEO, the coffee pods are available in a variety of tastes: medium roast, dark roast and extra dark roast. This means everyone can enjoy their favourite taste at any time of the day.
