Q. What is BP150 ?
A. BP is the breaking point. It is always 4 times higher. Therefore the capacity of this cord is 37.5Kg.
Q. Does it come in white?
A. YEP !!!
Q. What is the size of this cord?
A. It is 3mm in diameter and 20 meters in length.
Q. What is the best size D rings to use with this cord?
A. The 30mm 12kg D rings, which are available in my eBay store, are very suited to this size cord.
Q. How do I prevent the ends from fraying?
A. Purchase a "gas barbecue lighter". The ones with the long tip, and adjustable flame. They cost only a couple of dollars. After the knot is tied, use the lighter to cut and melt the ends. Once you get the flame right... you will achieve a very quick and neat end... that looks good and will never fray. Do not use matches !!! You will not have good control of the flame.... and they always leave black charred ends.

TIPS

Use D rings to anchor the cord
Mount the D rings approx. 1/3 down from the top of the frame eg. if your total frame height is 600mm ... mount the D rings approx. 200mm down from the top edge.
The higher up the frame, the D rings are mounted, and the tighter the cord... the more flatter the pict. will hang to the wall
Do not overtighten the D ring screws... allow the D rings to swivel... so that they can find their "own level"
Check that the screws you are using... are at least 3mm shorter than the thickness of the frame at the mounting point. A screw protruding from the front of the frame... is not yet considered a desired look. ( You never know... it may be the latest framing fashion trend in 2010 !)
Enlist the help of the local Boy Scouts group, to master the art of knot tying
