they are plastic coated metal the same as ordinary racing pigeon rings, each has a different number on them,

The rings are not race rings, they are designed for fanciers that are not members of a club or federation and want to keep a record of what their birds are bred from. 

There are four lots of these rings available, if more that one lot up to four purchased there will be no extra postage.
