Up for sale is Pilates by Rael Isacowitz, and a Stott Pilates DVD (Basic Level) with Moira Merrithew.
Pilates is the ultimate pilates reference book. It is a highly recommended reference guide and educational tool for any pilates instructor or enthusiast. There are 332 pages in this book, covering 210 exercises on the Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda chair, Step and ladder barrels, Ped-a-pul, Arm chair and Magic circle. The 2nd and 3rd gallery photographs are examples of pages in the book. Each exercises comes with guided photographed progressions, muscle focus list, objectives, a description, coaching cues, and imagery to help teaching.

The DVD is excellent for beginners. I used it myself when I first started with pilates and needed something comprehensive, beginner-friendly, yet challenging. It covers 22 exercises and is taught very well.

Both items are in mint condition!
