Enter duplicate records easily using duplicate record - creates a copy of current record - which saves data entry time where multiple same records are entered.

Fields for Title, Category, Country, Series, Pin Type, Location, Material, Issued By, Variety, Certification, Purchased From, Condition, Catalog Name, Signatures, Serial Number, Catalog Number, Purchase Date, Sale Date, Mintage, Certificate Number, Year, Purchase Price, Sale Price, Catalog Value, Width, Height, and checkboxes for Part of Series, Limited Edition and Box.

There are also running totals for the whole collection for Purchase Price, Sale Price and Catalog Value.

Most fields have drop down menus that can be edited easily by the user.
