Payment:

• We accept any of the following methods.
  • Bank Deposit
  • Australian Money order
  • Paypal - preferred method for international bidders
• All payments to be made in Australian dollars
• For Direct deposit you will be given details if you follow through the checkout process, you should not need to contact us for bank details. However our bank on file is Suncorp, if you do-not use internet banking or have access to a Suncorp bank you will then need to contact us for alternative bank details. Please only do this if you have no other option.

Postage:

• Postage costs include handling fees.
• No Pick up available on any items, no exceptions.
• I am happy to combine postage on most items.
  • If an item is not eligible for combined postage it will be stated clearly in listing.
  • General rule for combined postage is highest postage cost plus 50% off quoted postage cost for each additional item purchased. (Postage for eligible items will not be higher than this, it may however be less on occasions)
  • Items must be purchased with in 7 days of first item to qualify.
  • If you are unsure of combined cost or want to double check your calculations please e-mail for quote prior to bidding.
  • To take advantage of combined postage you will need to request combined invoice once you have completed your purchases. Please do-not check out until you have received your combined invoice (eBay's system makes it a little tricky to combine once checkout is complete).
  • If you complete your purchase, checkout & mark items as paid prior to combined invoice we will consider this as you forfeiting your right to combined postage.
• Australian Customers - Items are posted via regular Australia post unless otherwise requested. I am happy to register or express post your parcel if you are happy to pay the extra. No responsibility is taken for Australia Post mistakes.
• International buyers - Items are posted via regular airmail post only, postal insurance available if your country offers it and you are happy to pay the cost. Combined postage and discounts vary so please e-mail me for quote.

• Payment to be made within 5 business days of auction close, please contact if payment is going to take longer then this or if you are waiting for other auctions to close. It is much easier if I know your intentions.
• If no contact is made and payment is not received within this time an unpaid item dispute (UID) will be opened.
• Buyers who do-not respond to UID will be reported, strike given and items will be relisted.

• Emails are checked several times a day on most days.
• You should receive a response to your question within 24 hours. It is usually sooner then this but sometimes life gets in the way :)

Refund policy:

• Australian buyers - We will only offer money back refund for goods that are faulty or not as described, postage cost are not refunded. An exchange/store credit will be offered for incorrect sizing but please note postage (unless goods faulty) must be paid by customer so please choose carefully. No exchange is offered on items marked as 'used'. A refund on these items will only be given if item was not described correctly.
• International buyers - For exchanges all postage cost are your responsibility. Refund only given on faulty items. Postage costs are not refunded.
