The waist is elastic & can be stretched easily to fit a few sizes

 Decorated with pretty pink ribbons

Elastic at the waist, so it's easy to fit and very comfortable to wear

2 tiers, the one inside is satin look ( 90 % Polyester, 10% spandex)

The outer tier is mesh. Both tiers have lace trim

Great for day or night out

Can be semi-formal wear
