We expect that you are anxious to receive your item and as such we will send you an invoice within 24 hours of your winning bid. We expect payment within 7 days. If we have not heard from you within that time we will send you a friendly reminder.
Australian Bidders: We prefer direct deposit and our bank details will be forwarded to you on request. We also accept Paypal (credit card) and Australia Post money orders.
International Bidders: We prefer Paypal unless otherwise negotiated.
Because we sell worldwide we calculate shipping once the winning bid has been received. We are very happy to provide a quote on postage prior to your placing your bid. We charge a small handling fee of $0.50 on top of the actual postage cost to cover the cost of bubble wrap and foam beads and/or brown paper. We recycle all packaging materials wherever possible so please don't be surprised if your item comes in a box with a totally unrelated logo on it.
Punzamoo's Crappenalia is a licensed secondhand dealership based in Melbourne, Australia. We do not have a shop but sell only on the internet. We have been collecting for decades so have a fine selection of items which will slowly make their way to our shop and eBay auctions. We love books, vintage knitting patterns, vintage china, clothing...basically if it's vintage we love it!!!
By the way, if your wondering where the name came from Punzamoo is derived from my cat Punzel's name and "Crappenalia" is my word for stuff. If you are looking for anything in particular let me know. We have a lot of treasures yet to be listed.
