  • Wherever you are,even you are in Hong Kong, the shipping cost listed in the listing is for worldwide and it is not negotiable. 
  • We will ship your items within 3 days after payment received. Please understand that we need time to pack your items and send it to the post office.
  • Normally, international delivery takes 16-18 working days.
  • Parcels may be randomly checked at customs for inspection at your country. Please allow 7 more days before asking for a re-send item request. Thanks for your understanding.
  • We do not offer local personal pick-up the item
  • Our shipping charge is reasonable because it includes shipping,handling and warehouse storage. Please kindly understand that the wrapping paper,bubble protection wrapping paper and the boxes costs money. We have to pay for the rent and hire people to pack the items.
