Customer order(s) will be shipped within 1-2 business days via customer shipment selection. Please note: Books or other digital media ordered via standard shipping and exceeding 13 oz. must be shipped via Media Mail. Items under 13 oz. and ordered via the standard shipping option are eligible for First-Class shipping upgrade. Items ordered via expedited shipping are normally shipped via USPS Priority Mail; however, if the package can be delivered within eBay’s delivery-expectation window of 2-6 business days, the package will then be shipped via First-Class mail. If a customer is dissatisfied with his or her purchase, I am willing to issue a refund. On receipt of the returned merchandise, a prompt refund will be issued to the buyer's account. I must have the item returned to me in the same condition in which I shipped it.  Lastly, if the reason for the return is the result of my error, I will be more than happy to reimburse the buyer for the shipping charges incurred for sending the item back to me.
