Issued by order of the National Council of the Australian Boy Scouts Association by virtue of the powers in it by the Constitution and By-Laws.

Condition: The book is in fair preloved condition. Page clipped on front cover, name in the front, water stain on front cover, tear to the binder, shelf and edge wear.
