This Pope #4 has 95% of it's original blue paint

It is marked "No 4" and "Made in Australia" 

The Lever cap has lost much of its plating but the underlting steel is in good nick.

Some of the original yellow background to the "Pope" name remains

There are no cracks, and only a few toolbox dings

The wood is  excellent and shows a beautiful grain

There is plenty of thge original blade left

There is about 95% of the blade left, indicating that this plane has had very little use
