SHIPPING:          Please contact us within 2 days after winning the item via email or phone to tell us how you would like your item shipped (Parcel Post, Priority, Express, UPS, FedEx, with added insurance, etc.); just communicate with us and we will be happy to make the arrangements to meet your specific wants and/or needs.  This includes wanting your item double-boxed and detailed packing instructions.  If there is no shipping information available in the auction’s listing – Please contact us for details.  These items are usually heavy, very large, or extremely fragile and require special packing. 

We will combine shipping on certain items.  We will not combine shipping costs for very large or multiple fragile items, including pottery and glass.

Please note that due to the large quantity of items we auction, we take up to 10 business days after each auction ends to package all items to be ready for shipping – even if you pay within hours of the auction.  Contact us before bidding if you have any questions.

Remember that we offer local pickup and delivery to almost anywhere in the eastern/mid United States.  If you are interested – just ask – and we will put together a delivery price for you.

RETURNS:             We sell all items AS IS.  Please read each item’s description carefully and ask any questions BEFORE placing your bid.  We will not honor any returns that are sent to us without communicating with us first and will file an unpaid item dispute against any buyer who fails to pay after winning an auction.  We describe items honestly and to the absolute best of our ability.  We also take the most care in packaging our items - If an item is damaged during shipping you MUST have requested and paid for insurance in order to get a refund, no exceptions.  Insurance is there for a reason – we cannot guarantee the USPS, UPS or FedEx will handle any item gently, even if it is marked glass, fragile, and packed well.  All insurance claims must be made by the BUYER.  We do not refund return shipping on returned items.

INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS:          We will ship worldwide.  However, we WILL NOT change the value of any item on the customs form.  If you have any questions regarding International shipping, feel free to contact us!
