Hi There,

We have left the rental market and no longer require this unit. It worked through the last three summers flawlessly in our little flat.

 The unit is in excellent working order and was tested again before listing.

It has the standard 4 modes (Heat, Cool, Dehumidifying, Fan only). Three fan speeds and a swing mode. Additionally it has sleep & timer modes. This helped to cool the flat before we came home. Full Spec’s & item list below.
