in excellent condition, like new, only used for 2 months

Very powerful, great unit that we don't require anymore due to installing ducted air conditioning.  Cooled down a medium/large open style rumpus area quite well.  Large amount of warranty left and in very new condition.  Bought new for $720 and hardly used.  Great price for such a powerful unit.  Comes in box as new with all accessories, manual, window kit, remote, receipt & warranty.
